Seim is from Arlington, Virginia and Los Angeles, CA. As a medical student, she has been a true advocate of the vulnerable and amazingly resilient medical student. She has served as a refugee patient health navigator and a patient navigator for several clinics. She served as the SNMA Secretary at GW, co-founded the GW Physicians for Human Rights Chapter. She was on the global health scholar track and participated in global health research in Ghana evaluating SGA infants. She was also active in research focused on culturally tailed nutritional interventions in a student free clinic. She is interested in a career potentially in hospital medicine or adolescent medicine, and a possible future in the global setting. In her free time, she enjoys learning languages, film, and roller skating. We are excited to have Seim join us here at UM/Jackson!
