Keck School of Medicine of the University of Southern California

Lawrence is from Atlanta, Georgia and is excited about returning to Miami for residency.  He has worked tirelessly as a mentor, founding multiple organizations focused on empowering and mentoring black men in graduate school, and he founded the Keck Brothers in Medicine program dedicated to increasing representation of Black men in medicine. He has served as a national leader in health disparities and was tapped by the AAMC to help with this work.  Lawrence is a true servant leader, a trailblazer, and a change maker, and we call all see that his calling is to inspire and motivate people and to have a positive impact on their lives.
